By placing an order for anonymousclothing.com products you are offering to purchase
a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject
to availability and confirmation of the order price.
By placing an order with Anonymousclothing.com you are confirming that you are aged
18 years or over and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank recognised
by us.
(a) Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt
of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute
acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send
you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched
to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch
will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out on the relevant
part of the Anonymousclothing.com Website. If, by mistake, we have under priced
an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided
that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. In those circumstances
we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish
to order the item at that restated price. If you decide not to order the item, we
will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance
with our refund policy in clause 6.2 below.

The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the
applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
(c) Availability
We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range as shown in the online
shop. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply a particular

liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.

card information. Your card will be debited once your order has been accepted.

(e) Discount and promotional codes
Discount and promotional codes may be offered from time to time; such codes may
apply in respect of any, or certain specified purchases made through this Website.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
6.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can notify us by email to orders@anonymosuclothing.com
before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or
(b) Where the goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods
to us in accordance to clause 6.2 below
6.2 If you are not entirely satisfied with the product you have chosen you may return
it to us within 14 days of dispatch. However you must request a return number within
7 days of receiving the goods.
We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund providing that
the returned goods are new, unworn and with all garment tags still attached. Returns
that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Anonymous Ltd will refund the original credit card used to pay for the goods. The
refund includes the full value of the items returned, excluding shipping costs (with
the exception of faulty items). Outside the
EU, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Anonymous Ltd, however
you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Body: please request a return number and provide a brief explanation as to why you
wish to return the product.
Anonymous Ltd will reply with your return number, which must be clearly written
on the return package. Please enclose a copy of the Anonymous Ltd email stating
the return number. Unidentified returns will be sent back to the sender.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to
your Anonymousclothing.com account (you will need to register your details). The
amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for 6
months. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional
shipping, taxes and import duties.

either by Royal Mail special delivery or your own courier. We cannot take responsibility
for items without proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it
reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Overseas customers: Please use your choice of courier ensuring you obtain proof
of delivery as we cannot take responsibility for items without it and the item is
your responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of returning the item to us is

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
6.3 Exchanges:
We offer full exchanges within 14 days of receipt for all products. Please adhere
to the above returns procedure.
6.4 Faulty goods
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched
to customers. However should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition
please contact us immediately.
7. Registration

7.2 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your
