Womenswear label ‘Anonymous by Ross+Bute’ to open new store in London’s West End

British womenswear brand Anonymous by Ross+Bute has opened their second London store in Thayer street, a retail gem hidden behind the thralls of Oxford street. Its position near Marylebone high street lends itself perfectly to the brand’s core customer of fashion-conscious women, who wish to invest in timeless, quality pieces which satisfy their passion for detail. Easily recognisable by its signature use of decorative lace trims, beautiful buttons and easy-to-wear styling, Anonymous by Ross+Bute mixes everyday essentials with must-have occasion wear.

Perfectly showcasing Anonymous by Ross+Bute’s luxurious yet affordable collection, the new store has opened in a beautiful 17th Century listed building. Behind the modern glass shop front lies a quirky and eye-catching interior. Contemporary fixtures, including brushed steel rails and glass shelving are juxtaposed with original features. Wide limewashed floorboards and a pretty Art Nouveau fireplace which together with an antique French chandelier and exterior olive trees complete the ‘deshabille’ look, making this store an essential retail destination.

This welcoming and atmospheric store will offer Anonymous by Ross+Bute’s Spring Summer 2011 collection, together with carefully selected accessories including Terry de Havilland’s fabulous shoes, brightly coloured Panama hats from Ecuador and Simeon Farrar’s quirky t-shirts to compliment the range.

Highlights for Spring include sheer lace blouses and dresses, sailor-inspired knits and feminine ribbon tied dresses.

Following on from the success of their flagship store on the Kings road, which quickly became a firm favourite with fashionable Chelsea shoppers, the new store aims to not only please their existing loyal customers but to entice a new clientele, who will appreciate the brand’s unique handwriting.
